SALT LAKE CITY—The Wasatch Picture Show is back for it's second year. This community fundraiser features short film screenings celebrating the outdoors. Proceeds from the event will support the nonprofit Wasatch Mountain Film Festival. The event will take place Saturday, October 21 at Woodbine in Salt Lake City. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and screenings begin at 7:30 p.m.
The highlight of the event will be a curated series of short films by Camp4 Collective, Sweetgrass Productions, Well Good Productions, and WZRD Media. In addition to film screenings, live music will be on hand to keep the party hopping.
"Salt Lake City is well known for its unparalleled access to outdoor recreation from climbing to skiing, hiking to biking, and so much more," said Camp4 Collective Founder and Creative Director Tim Kemple. "What's not as well known is the rich and highly talented community of film and media makers located here. We are thrilled to partner with this creative community to showcase the depth of that talent for a great cause."
All proceeds from the event will benefit Wasatch Mountain Arts, A Nonprofit that hosts community programming like the Wasatch Mountian Film Festival. A series of awesome prizes supporting the raffle have been donated by brands
